The Gender Equality Index is a tool to measure the progress of gender equality in the EU, developed by EIGE. It gives more visibility to areas that need improvement and ultimately supports policy makers to design more effective gender equality measures.

On 22.03.23, the list of nominees for the TUM Gender Equality Officer was approved in the Senate. Dr. Eva Sandmann was re-elected as university Gender Equality Officer, Dr. Mine Sargut as new deputy. The term of office begins on 01.04.23 and runs for 2 years.
